Complete visual identity for a Series A EV charging startup. Logo, design system, and launch campaign across digital and physical touchpoints.
Overview
Volta needed a brand that read as both technically credible and widely accessible — avoiding the cold minimalism of legacy auto brands while staying out of the crowded neon-green sustainability aesthetic. The wordmark is set in a modified geometric sans with a custom 'V' that doubles as a charging indicator icon. The palette pairs a near-black navy with a charged amber accent. Deliverables spanned logo system, color and type guidelines, digital UI components, charging station livery specifications, and a launch social campaign with six static and two animated assets.
